Studies of International and European Law of the LL.M. program of the Catholic University of Leuven (KUL), Belgium with an Erasmus Scholarship.

Partner of Cremades & Calvo-Sotelo since November 2007.

Since 2004, Director at Telecom Italia, S.p.a., Rome, within the Public and Ecomic Affairs Directorate managing the regulatory support to the Company foreign investments, as well as coordinating and ensuring consistency and coherence of market and regulatory positioning of TI worldwide.

Previously, Director of International Affairs of the Spanish regulator, Comisión del Mercado de las Telecomunicaciones (CMT), where she arrived in 1998. During this time, she was responsible for the communications and regulatory work with European Institutions and, bilateral relations with international regulators. As well, analysis of Comparative Law and market and regulatory affairs. She also provided technical assistance to accession countries - Poland and Czech Republic.

In parallel to her work at the CMT, in 2001, elected by the Presidents of the European regulators as the first Secretary to the Independent Regulators Group (IRG).

She started her professional career as an associate lawyer at the Brussels office of the American Firm Akin, Gump, Strauss, Hauer & Feld L.L.P., where she specialized in European and International Telecommunications Law. Practice in international litigation (dispute settlement procedures before the WTO). During this time, Member of the Telecommunications Subcommittee of the EU Committee of the American Chamber of Commerce.
