Born 17th April 1968. Law degree from Faculdade de Direito, Universidade Católica de Lisboa (1992). Enrolled at the Portuguese Bar Association since 1994.Worked for the Law Firm, Costa Freitas e Associados - Sociedade de Advogados (until September 2003). Currently attending post-graduate degree on the new labour law code (Faculdade de Direito, Universidade Católica de Lisboa). Monica has worked primarily in the area of civil, commercial and employment law as well as in litigation.

She has provided legal advice to companies, mainly in areas such as company incorporation, alteration of articles of incorporation, shareholders’ agreements, registers, securities issue.

Vast experience in credit recovery litigation.
