In accordance with the Ley Orgánica 15/1999, of 13 December on Personal Data Protection (hereinafter in the Spanish abbreviation, "LOPD"), and all further relevant legislation, Cremades & Calvo-Sotelo, S.L. informs its clients and any other person who provides their personal data about its Data Protection Policy.

Said filing system solely contains data with which you can identify a person such as name, personal address, company and position in that company, address of the company, telephone, fax and personal and business email address.

The purpose of said folder is the general administration and management of the firm for the rendering of services to their clients, as well as maintaining contact with all of them. Cremades & Calvo-Sotelo, S.L. shall be entitled to use the data it has been provided with to send commercial, legal and information of any other nature that it may consider to be of interest for the holder of the personal data.

Any person that has given his personal data to Cremades & Calvo-Sotelo shall be able to access, rectify, cancel and object in regards to said data, as established in the LOPD, by sending an email to the following email address: datospersonales@cremadescalvosotelo.com.
Cremades & Calvo-Sotelo S.L. has adopted the necessary organizational and technical measures to guaranty the security of the personal data and avoid their alteration, loss, use or access without authorization.

Cremades & Calvo-Sotelo, S.L. commits to comply with the obligation of confidentiality established in the applicable legislation with regards to the data comprised in its folder, as web as to not transfer said data without express consent of the holders.

The firm reserves the right to modify at any moment its Data Protection Policy in accordance with the applicable legislation. Any modification of the Data Protection Policy shall be notified Through the website www.cremadescalvosotelo.com, to which any interested party will have access.
