Innovation

Beyond institutional deals

Current technological, economic, social and political challenges are forcing businesses to transform, but current regulatory frameworks often constrain the process. Our teams of professionals address this need by developing innovative approaches and solutions, inspired by an extensive insight and knowledge of the world that surrounds us.

Our Firm establishes alliances and initiates discussions and industrial forums to propel the development of our clients' businesses, composing technology-based strategic programs that will have an economic impact.

Our innovative outlook has lead to the creation of initiatives which span a variety of sectors, opening doors to new opportunities:

  • Gastronomic Law: The objective is to protect intellectual property in this growing sector, facilitating creativity and increasing its potential.
  • Art and Law: We support artists, gallerists and investors in the art world by equipping them with a legal framework that protects their interests.
  • Social Law: We promote activities that encourage opinions and the development of new services based on sustainability and social ecology.
  • Law and technology: Digitalization has encouraged diversification and new start-up companies, intensifying productivity and competition within the business community.  Our diverse expertise allows us to participate and contribute to new and unique projects.

The firm has undertaken the responsibility of the Spanish Association for Minority Shareholders of Listed Companies (AEMEC), which aims to unite minority shareholders of market-listed companies with Spanish values, serving as a forum for information, negotiation and representation.
