COVID 19 Law: How citizens and lawyers learned through the Law Protects You program

This work tries to reflect in what way and to what extent the functions of the law, which constitute a permanent requirement, both in situations of normality and constitutional abnormality, have been fulfilled in a specific legislation, dictated “ad hoc” to deal with an unprecedented health situation and its social and economic consequences. And it does so, not from an abstract and theoretical approach, but from an experiential account that wants to be something more than the presentation of a mere miscellany of common problems experienced by people in a time of confusion. It aims to show in a simple way, through the answers to the consultations made to the Firm, an urgent interpretation of the regulations that constitute the “COVID-19 Law”.
