The Contentious-Administrative Jurisdiction is a cornerstone of our Rule of Law. In accordance with article 106.1 of the Constitution, it is assigned with the control of the regulatory power and of the legality of the administrative action subject to Administrative Law.

The Department of Public Law has a wide and proven experience in this field, assisting, both in the position of appellant and in the defendant or co-defendant, numerous clients (public and private) and in the different types of procedure provided by jurisdictional law.

The "contentious" team also has experience in challenging acts of EU institutions before the General Court of the EU and the CJEU.
